Our Friend of Freemans Wood, Geeza Bilton, has begun work with his close friends on developing the dirt jumps at the wood. Trustees of FFW support this recreational use of the area and we are keen to see the work completed for the benefit of those who wish to use it.
Unfortunately, there has been damage caused to Geeza’s efforts as you can see from some of the images. Trustees at FFW would like to highlight we condemn the damage caused, and we hope that there will be no more damage to the dirt jumps. The only activity we would like to see stopped is by motorbikes and quads. The noise and pollution by motor vehicles such as motorbikes and quads is disruptive to the wildlife there.
